Create a Card For Yorkshire Competition:
Are you yorkshire through and through!? Think you know everything there is to know about God's own county? well prove it!
We are holding a Yorkshire Charity Quiz. To get your copy of the quiz just email us at snappycroc@btconnect.com or pop in and get one from our office and make a donation (suggested donation £1). Then fill in the answers and pop it back to the Haxby Cooperative, our office or bring it on the day to the SNAPPY stall at the Yorkshire Family Fun Day in Haxby on August the 1st. The first correct entry to be drawn at the Yorkshire Family Fun Day in Haxby will receive a fantastic food hamper choc a block full of goodies courtesy of the Cooperative in Haxby.
In conjunction with the Yorkshire Quiz and Yorkshire Day we are also holding a create a card competition.
There are 4 Categories:
- Up to 4 years Old
- 5 to 9 year olds
- Ten years plus
- Children with additional needs.
Your task is to create a card of anything connected to Yorkshire: your favourite place, a white rose, anything you like!
Once you have created your card you need to put your name, telephone number and the category that you are entering on the back and drop your card into our office, into the Co-operative store in Haxby or bring them to the Yorkshire Family Fun Day in Haxby on 1st August.
The winner of each category will receive an art goody bag!
